1. Who we are
This site is operated by an authorized affiliate partner promoting DBbet, and is not DBbet's own official corporate site. DBbet ("the operator") holds a Curaçao eGaming (Licence No. 8048/JAZ) gaming licence and does not hold a licence from any Somali regulatory body, as none currently exists for this activity. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally permitted to gamble where you are, and not under any self-exclusion scheme.
- You may not be an employee of the operator or a close relative of one.
- We may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before allowing withdrawals.
- You are responsible for confirming online gambling is legal where you live. DBBet does not claim to hold an official Somali licence.
3. Your account
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances withheld.
- You must provide accurate, truthful registration information.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details and mobile-money PIN private.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals are made through our independent Mob-Cash agent — DBBet Somalia does not collect payment details directly on this site.
- Withdrawals are paid to an account verified in your name. We do not pay third parties.
- We may set minimum and maximum limits, and may delay payouts while completing identity or security checks.
- The currency used is US Dollars (USD), also shown in Somali Shilling (SOS).
5. Bonuses & promotions
Each bonus has its own rules, including wagering requirements, minimum odds and time limits. Bonus abuse may result in account closure.
6. Betting rules
Bets are accepted only once confirmed. We may void bets placed on an obvious error. Payouts follow official results.
7. Tax on winnings

8. Fair play & account closure
